"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7)
"Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ." (1 Corinthians 11:1)
"A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit." (Mathew 7:18)

It all started after I, Juan Carlos a volunteer minister at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, USA obeyed a God's vision asking me to introduce myself to Libia in 2008 during a trip to Bogota, Colombia. She was an evangelical Christian raised in the small town of El Bagre, Antioquia in the country of Colombia.

After two years of friendship and discipleship, we got married deciding to start a new family in the United States. We continued growing in God's grace, raising two more daughters and evangelizing and equipping Spanish speaking people in foundations of Christian faith, finances, parenting, marriage relationships and compassion focused evangelism.

Three years into the marriage, my wife had the desire to visit her family in El Bagre. For this, I arranged a family vacation/missions trip by contacting one local pastor in the town and one pastor in the remote village where my wife spent her early years. It was at this trip, that we realized that there was an explosion of evangelical Christianity in Colombia; but the lack of sound biblical principles was hindering the transformation of the town. Gang and political violence, broken families, neglected children, debt-infested workers, sharp Christian denomination divisions and legalistic doctrines were prevalent despite the staggering amount of professing evangelical Christians attending more than 100 small churches in this town of around 70,000 people. God opened a door to influence a few pastors with sound exhortation and to help their congregations with bibles and healthy Christian teaching resources.

The ministry started to take shape in 2016, when after a study of the book of Nehemiah, the Lord instructed me to bring a two-session "Financial Wisdom" Bible-based workshop, and a "How to Obtain True Peace" teaching at the main denominational churches. We also organized a night of praise and biblical exhortation open for all the evangelicals of El Bagre at the 3,000 capacity town's sport complex.

We started visiting churches in Colombia at locations like Soacha, Cubarral, Villavicencio and Santa Marta where we taught biblical workshops on Finances, Evangelism and Marriage and started helping Christian single mothers with several kids financially.

As the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, we were able to assist spiritually and financially pastoral families and some of their congregants in Colombia to easy the toll of not able to open their church buildings and the lack of regular jobs due to the government led national lockdown.

During this period, God has allowed us to befriend and support brethren in Maracaibo, Venezuela; to see and support the beginnings of an Spanish Ministry in Memphis, USA; to help the spread of both the gospel and sound biblical teachings in several indigenous communities in Colombia; and to support a nascent Spirit-filled young family congregation in Boca Raton, USA.
