Cristian focuses in the development of Christian leaders that can influence for God their communities and God has given him special musical talents that he uses to lead the people of God to praise God in Spirit and truth. In 2024, Cristian and family moved to USA and Cristian ordained Alejandro Sepulveda as the new pastor of Generacion Viva

Together with her husband Diego and other volunteers, they provide meals and spiritual instruction to around 40 kids that live under a bridge in a very dangerous area in Medellin. They have already a house where those kids will go during the week and have shelter, meals and the love and reality of Christ.

They moved with his wife Sonia and kids to USA after receiving a comission from Jesus to start this congregation in 2021. They have a heart for reaching the lost, evangelizing door to door and teaching people in their houses.

He and his wife have been leading this congregation since the year 2000 when he replaced the pastor of the congregation when he passed away. He has three kids. His son that was helping Víctor in the ministry passed away in a car accident in 2025. He also has a burden for other indigenous communities that are in remote areas in the South of Colombia an regularly travels for evangelistic missions.
